Opti-Build Training

"For our athletes looking to put on extra muscle weight, to be able to compete against some of the bigger players in the NBA, we use a combination of Opti-Build, and either Pro Power Plus, Rebuild II or Nutri-Build III. The creatine/glutamine blend in Opti-Build helps provide the boost to work harder and longer, along with some of the building blocks to create more lean muscle mass. When combined with the high doses of amino acids in Pro Power Plus, Rebuild and Nutri-build, they are able to work out at a very intense level, and recover quicker. Using these supplements in conjunction with a regular weight training program, our athletes build more lean and powerful muscle mass. Our best results have occurred when we have them take five caps of the Opti-Build an hour before and five right after a workout. I like Pro Power Plus and Nutri-build III for the extra carbs and proteins. I have them take one or the other two times a day; a dose right after workouts and another whenever it’s convenient. Or if we go to two-a-day workouts, then I have them take four servings. One prior to each workout and one after each workout. If someone prefers the Rebuild capsules, then they use 6 capsules two times daily. During the training/playing season, I cycle this program so the athletes are taking the supplements for 16 weeks, and then take them off for one week.

The NBA players are all good size guys, so when I’m working with younger and smaller athletes, I recommend a drop down in dosage for Opti-Build, and Pro Power Plus, Nutri-build or Rebuild. For athletes aged 14-18 and under 160 lbs, I advise taking three capsules of Opti-Build rather than five, before and after workouts, combined with Pro Power Plus, Nutri-build III or Rebuild II, two to three times a day. In looking at the typical nonprofessional athlete’s daily menu, if they want to put some muscle mass on, they’ll need to add another snack or two between meals, preferably a protein smoothie. I suggest adding a banana, some juice, milk and whatever else they might like to the smoothie to make it taste good. The combination of Opti-Build and Rebuild II, Pro Power Plus, or Nutri-build III is a safe and effective way to build lean muscle mass, and increase strength, speed and endurance."
